JULY

Huntington’s Reading Adventure Program is a summer reading program that uses an adventurous theme to dramatize how books can transport the reader to a new world of adventure. Each student receives a “passport” to the journey, and is then asked to set a goal to read a self-determined number of books during the summer. The student is given age-appropriate book lists and comprehension cards are completed as each book is read, demonstrating the student’s understanding of the book.
